I can’t thank Jack and the team enough for the help and support in selling our house. We had 3 other estate agents from Lichfield round to value our house and Jack not only gave the best advice on what our house was worth but also made us feel at ease. The house we wanted to buy was of high interest so they did everything they could for a quick turn around, within a couple of days it was on the market and by the next day we had a huge amount of interest leading to multiple viewings and 4 offers. We ended up selling it for +5k of asking price. They dealt with all negotiations and after sale processes. Not that I plan on selling my house again soon but if I did I know exactly who I will be calling.

Before we even engaged Taylor Cole they were a contender to sell our house based on the feedback friends had provided and their reputation within the area and so we put them to the test against a well known national agent who operated in the area. A professional service was received from the off with the initial visits by Jack through to Lauren and Laura in the sales team. Others we had contact with were always happy to help. The market was hectic at the time and Taylor Cole took the effort to ensure ours went live at the optimal time for exposure. The communication from Taylor Cole was superb when it came to arranging viewing appointments of our property and we had the benefit of receiving the great service when booking viewings of other property’s marketed by them too. It is fair to say that they appeared more organised and professional than other estate agents in the area. Our transaction took a considerable amount of time but at no fault of Taylor Cole. Laura was superb in regularly chasing other agents and parties in the chain and was always able to provide a detailed update throughout the process. I will definitely recommend to others and would use again if we ever decide to move.
